1. Introduction

• Hold only one active Account. Multiple or duplicate accounts created by the same individual are not permitted and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and update such information promptly when changes occur.

sky77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements without prior notice and without obligation to refund any balance associated with a fraudulently opened or ineligible account.

4. Account Registration

Users must complete the registration form accurately and in good faith. The following obligations apply once an Account is active:

• Usernames and passwords must be kept strictly confidential. sky77 will never request your password through email, live chat or any unsolicited communication.
• Any suspected unauthorised access to an Account must be reported to sky77 support immediately.
• Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, including activity that occurs as a result of negligent disclosure of login credentials.
• sky77 may require additional verification at any time, including submission of a valid Malaysian identification document such as a MyKad or passport, proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie holding the submitted identification.
• Account information, including the registered email address and payment details, must correspond to the identity of the registered Account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.

5. Terms of Use

The Site and all of its content are provided for lawful personal entertainment and informational purposes only. Users agree that they will:

• Access the Site only through legitimate means and not attempt to circumvent any technical access controls, security features or geographic restrictions.
• Not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any other non-human access method to interact with the Site or its data without express written consent from sky77.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless otherwise specified. Users acknowledge the following conditions:

• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, subject to current availability.
• Deposits are subject to stated minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per day, which may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, account verification and compliance with withdrawal limits.
• Estimated processing times are indicative only. eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval; bank transfers may take longer depending on the User's bank and prevailing service hours.
• sky77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network congestion.
• All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

sky77 may offer promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards and special incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be processed. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement necessitates RM1,500 in qualifying turnover.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds remain active, individual wagers may be subject to a maximum bet cap, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate such as 10%–20%.
• Bonus Expiry: All promotional offers carry an expiry period, commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be removed upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total bonus-derived amount that may be withdrawn, regardless of winnings accumulated.
• sky77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error or extraordinary circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at the point of registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through the use of aliases, nominees or third-party identities.
• Colluding with other users, exploiting software vulnerabilities or engaging in any form of coordinated betting intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Site to launder, transfer or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud, reversed payment schemes or any other mechanism designed to recover deposited funds while retaining winnings.
• Employing automated betting tools, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Site or game outcomes.
• Accessing the Site from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where doing so would constitute a breach of local law.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sky77 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, payment processor delays or network outages beyond the reasonable control of sky77.

13. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
